No hidden cost: We use fixed price building contracts
We provide detailed quotations for your new home, and when it’s time to sign a building contract, you will sign a fixed-price construction contract. This means that your price is final and includes everything in your contract—no hidden extras and no surprises, guaranteed!
Having a fixed-price contract means you know exactly how much your new home will cost to build, and the price cannot increase to include any unforeseen items.
A guaranteed handover date
KYAL will guarantee the date we hand over your new home. We will complete the construction of your home on time as agreed in your fixed-price contract, or we will pay YOU for every day we run over that agreed contract period.
We understand that you’re excited to move into your new home and that you’re already planning upcoming holidays and events, so knowing your move-in date is critical at all times!
There are certain circumstances where we encounter delays that are beyond our control, such as bad weather and delays with council approval. When such unforeseen delays occur, we create an extension of time (EOT) and recalculate a new handover date for you.
Our priority is to keep you up to date at all times and to hand over your new home when we say we will.
